i)

To mobilize and organize the disadvantaged people specially the women in a group for improvement of their living standard by promoting their skills, capabilities, leadership through awareness raising, self-reliant, education, training and other relevant support services.

ii)

To create socio-economic awareness of the disadvantaged people in area concerned and organize them to homogeneous savings group for keeping themselves moving towards socio-economic development by ensuring their active participation at all affairs.

iii)

To increase women’s participation in various development efforts and establish legal and human rights for distress people specially the women and children, keeping gender balance in between male and female by increasing mutual cooperation among the members of the communities in order to establish better and more effective working relation.

iv)

To promote and support overall education status of the illiterate target people focusing on Non-Formal education, Early aged education, Adolescent education, Adult Literacy and increase the level of awareness among the community people on the importance of basic education in term of literacy, democracy and human rights.

To provide necessary Eye treatment support services including cataract and IOL, Glucoma & DCR Pterygium operation for the poor eye patient, incident of eye diseases, mitigate sufferings etc. and conduct Eye Camp in the different backward places of the country.

To reduce morbidity, maternal and infant mortality rate by ensuring safe delivery.

To improve overall health status and enhance knowledge of the people through rendering preventive, curative and other health care services and health education to the rural poor and distress people in the remote areas of the country.

To strengthen health education and promotion activities in the prevention and control HIV/AIDS and drug abuse.

Undertaking food and nutrition program through nutrition gardening, vegetable/kitchen gardening, fish culture, Cow and Goat rearing, poultry rearing, duck raising and nursery development by the community towards poverty alleviation.

To strengthen health education program through provide community health care education, environmental health education, school health education and occupational health education.

To improve living condition of people in disabilities situation through provide appropriate income generating training, counseling and other relevant support and establish their rights at local and national level.

To improve the life environment of the floating women, street children, working children, labor contracting societies including child’s labor.

To improve vulnerable communities ability to preamp are and manage for survive and rebuild homes and livelihood after natural disaster, river corrosion etc. through capacity building, training, information and empowerment.

To improve livelihood protection situation of vulnerable people from adverse effect due to climate change by creating health and environing awareness among the targeted community people and enabling them to taking preventive measures against all he prevailing health and food problems by providing necessary skills training and using sustainable conservation agriculture technologies.

To promote, protect and reduce social violence, domestic cruelty, trafficking, eve teasing, sexual abuse etc. by creating mass awareness through seminars, meetings, gathering, posturing and leafleting, folk songs, street theater, comic shows and using electronic media, papers etc.
